A shiplap is a functional trim piece typically used for siding. They are defined by milled wooden boards that overlap the one below the previous board when installed. Shiplap profiles come in various designs, including beveled, resawn, teardrop, clapboard, channel, v groove, and some tambour for a roll-top desk. Some of our details are milled from industrial machinery's right and left vertical cutterheads. For these types of patterns, use thickness dimensions when searching.
