Shiplap 5/8"

This 5/8" v-groove shiplap siding measures random width by .625" thickness, permitting using four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial molder. The dual-purpose profile contains a 5/16" wide by 5/16" tall tapered tongue merged with a 5/16" tall by 3/8" vast forty-five degrees chamfer on the opposite side. When two milled lumber pieces get joined, they create a 1/2" wide by 1/4" deep v-groove on one face side and a 1/16" channel on the opposing face. The knives are capable of milling 3/4" thickness as well.

Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles and blend areas to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
