Shiplap 3/4" - 28

This highly functional 3/4" - 28 shiplap siding measures .750" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. Widths are adjustable to any desired size within the limits of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The right side rabbet dimensions are 3/8" wide by 3/8" tall; the left side retains a 3/4" wide by 23/64" tall rabbet with a fourteen-degree chamfered edge. This design portion will wick moisture away from the joint area when foul weather conditions exist. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 3/8" wide channel with an additional 5/64" wide tapered edge on the tongue side.
