Shiplap 3/8" - 4

This 3/8" - 4 shiplap paneling measures .375" thickness, allowing the use of resawn five-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The width is adjustable to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery with an easy radial movement of the left cutter head. The profile consists of a 1/8" tall by 1/4" wide tongue connected to a 1/16" vertical fillet and a 3/16" beveled line on the top left. The opposite side retains a 1/4" wide by 1/8" rabbet for receiving the tongue. A 1/16" vertical fillet with another 3/16" beveled edge connects to the lower section. When two pieces of milled lumber merge, they create a 3/8" wide by 3/16" deep v-groove between the joined boards.
