Shiplap 5/8" - 3

This 5/8" - 3 v-groove shiplap molding measures random width by .625" thickness, permitting the use of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial molder. The stylish profile contains a 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall tongue merged with a 9/32" tall fillet and a 5/64" forty-five degrees chamfer on the top left side. The opposing side retains a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep rabbet joined to a 9/32" fillet and another 5/64" beveled edge. When two milled lumber pieces are joined, they create a 5/32" wide by 5/64" deep v-groove between the merged boards. The knives are capable of milling 3/4" thickness as well.
