When milling these patterns, the most accurate way to cut the lumber is from four milling stations on an industrial molder. Machining utilizes the right and left vertical cutter heads and the top and bottom cutterheads. This method will reduce the size of the cutting circle while eliminating any ninety-degree portions of the f that you would have if you machine the molding with just two sets of knives instead of four. We can incorporate a greater blending area in the design; nobody will ever realize where one cutter begins or ends.
If by chance you don't see the whole round size you need, please tell us the size you want; we would be happy to make four sets of custom knives for any profile you require. Don't forget; we have an easy-to-use knife calculator located directly under every profile in our catalog, offering fast, accurate price quotes.
When searching our round shapes, please use finish width dimensions for perspective size preferences.
