Edge profile designs will save you money in production costs since they become milled from the side edge of a piece of lumber. There is built-in versatility to alter widths to any desired size. We currently offer over two hundred-forty different edge profiles for your convenience. They include ovolo-shapes, countertop edges, ogee contours, beveled edge details, quarter round, and cavetto/cove shaped. When searching edge patterns, please use finish thickness dimensions to narrow size preferences. These designs get milled on a vertical cutter head on either a shaper or an industrial-style machine.
