Edge Moulding 3/4" - 24

This Beveled Edge Moulding 3/4" - 24 measures .750" thickness with a 1.125" depth of cut on the left vertical moulding knives, widths can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern.

The profile is comprised of a 3/8" tall vertical fillet with an eased edge on the bottom, attached to a 76.75 degree beveled line in the center, connected to a 7/64" tall vertical line on the top of the design.

Would you like to reduce the amount of time it takes to set up the moulder for a milling production run? Perhaps calibrating the moulder spindles axially and radially will substantially decrease setup time while simultaneously increasing production.
