1-1/8" Full Round

This 1-1/8" full round pattern measures 1.125" wide by 1.125" thickness, with a .312" depth of cut on the right, left, top, and bottom cutters. The dowel detail comprises a 9/16" radius full circle. It requires four milling stations on an industrial machine to cut this detail. The creative custom design eliminates any ninety-degree angles in the profile during milling. This allows for proper sharpening of the knives when they become dull and reduces the cutting circle to enable the machine to bedplates to be closer together during the milling process.
