1" Full Round

This 1" full round pattern measures 1.000" wide by 1.000" thickness, with a .281" depth of cut on the right, left, top, and bottom cutters. The dowel detail comprises a 1/2" radius full circle; it requires four milling stations on an industrial machine to cut this pattern. The creative knife design eliminates any ninety-degree angles in the pattern while allowing for proper blades sharpening when they become dull. The machine bedplates will be able to be closer together during the milling process, reducing the likelihood of snipes in the workpieces.
