2" Full Round

This 2" Full Round measures 2.000" wide by 2.000" thick. Four machining stations on a moulder mill this pattern, right, left, top and bottom, requiring four sets of identical moulding knives to mill this pattern. Also included in the downloadable dxf file is a template design for milling one-half the profile at a time on a shaper that can come in handy for a short moulding run; this milling procedure will require two passes.
