WM 234 Full Round 1-1/16"

This WM 234 full-round pattern 1-1/16" measures 1.063" in width by 1.063" in thickness. Complete rounds have a broad range of applications within the building industry. Such uses include dowels for joints, rods for hanging drapes, shelf supports, rolling pins, cords, twine, or rope dispensers. The timeless round comprises a 17/32" radius full circle cut by four milling stations. The pattern is split into four equal quarters with large blend areas built into the knives that won't be detectable during the machining process. This functional design will allow the machine's bedplates, chip breakers, and pressure shoe element to close to tighter cutting circle tolerances, producing excellent results. We encourage using 1-5/16" wide blanks of eight-quarter lumber for milling on commercial machinery.
