Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 77

This 3/4" - 77 v-notch siding measures .750" thickness, and widths are adjusted to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to mill the pattern. The profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide by 3/8" groove and a 5/16" tongue, with a 1/16" wide by 1/4" tall chamfer on one edge. The design has a .008" void in the joint for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together, they create a 1/8" wide by 1/4" deep v-groove on the face side of the merged boards.
