Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 30

This lovely 3/4" - 30 micro bevel flooring measures .750" in thickness, enabling the detail to be cut from four-quarter lumber; widths can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder/shaper used to mill the pattern. The lovely profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep tongue and groove with a 1/16" wide by 1/16" deep chamfer on each side of the pattern; the tongue side has a nail groove and a 1/32" offset on the bottom to assure a good fit on the top, there is a .010" void built into the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 1/8" wide by 1/16" deep v-groove on the face side of the merged boards.
