Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 61

This 3/4" - 61 tongue & groove flooring comprises a 3/8" wide by 7/32" tall tongue and groove, attached to a 1/16" forty-five-degree chamfer on one edge, with a .008" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The tongue side of the detail retains a minor nail groove for the fastener to hide during installation. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 1/8" wide by 1/16" deep v-joint on the face side of the lumber. The pattern measures .750" in thickness, and the width is milled to any desired size. The suggested rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1/4" larger than the sought-after milled dimension.
