Crown 5-1/2" - 2

This old-world 5-1/2" - 2 crown mould measures 5.500" wide by .812" thickness, allowing a 5-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The beautiful terminating detail comprises a 5/8" tall vertical line on the top left. The short line connects to a two-tangent radius cyma recta with an attached 17/32" vertical fillet in the center. It's joined to a 49/64" radius cove and a 21/32" horizontal fillet on the bottom of the pattern's bottom right corner. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these designated back bevels set the installed height at 4-1/4" tall, with a projection of 3-1/2" wide.
