This 4" colonial crown mould comprises an 11/16" convex radius arc tangent off a 13/16" radius concave semicircle connected to a 29/64" tall vertical fillet on the top left. The lower portion comprises a 9/16" radius cove attached to a 25/64" vertical section above and a 9/16" broad line below. The fixed spring angles for this terminating crown are at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back angles keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, in addition to locking in the height at 3-1/16" tall with a 2-19/32" projection across the top. The pattern measures 4.000" in width by .750" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip-size milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 4-1/4" wide.
