This complex 4-3/8" - 20 crown mould measures 4.399" wide by .750" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The ornate profile composes a series of convex arcs and a 25/32" semicircular cove in the lower portion of the pattern. The upper portion comprises a 13/32" radius ovolo joined to a tiny 3/32" cove with a 1/4" tall line segment on the top of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these explicit back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 3-1/8" tall with a projection of 3-1/8" across the top.
