Crown 6-1/2" - 4

This fabulous 6-1/2" - 4 crown mould measures 6.500" wide by 1.000" thickness, requiring the use of a 6-3/4" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The terminating profile contains a 17/64" cove flanked by vertical and horizontal line segments on the top left. The concave semicircle connects to a 31/64" ovolo bordered by short lines with a 1-17/32 cove in the center. The remaining portion consists of three cascading downward convex arcs merged with protruding perpendicular lines and an elliptical-shaped convex arc on the bottom right side of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall, and ceiling when installed. These specific angles also lock in the height of 4-9/16" tall with a 4-5/8" projection across the top.
