Cove Moulding 5-3/32"

This large cove moulding measures 5-3/32" wide by one inch thickness, necessitating the use of five quarter lumber for milling on an industrial style molder. The concave profile consists of a five inch radius cavetto in the center, flanked by a 1/4" vertical line segment on top and a 17/32" wide horizontal line on the bottom. The spring angles are fixed at thirty and sixty degrees, these dedicated back cuts set the installed height at 4-1/4" tall with a projection of 2-13/16" wide.
