Baseboard 6" - 69

This three-tier 6" - 69 base moulding measures 6.000" wide by .625" thickness. The stepped profile is comprised of a 3-3/4" broad horizontal line with a 1/8" rounded step connected to a 1-1/8" wide by 3/32" deep vertical drop with a 1/8" round-over in the center. It's joined to a 1-1/8" broad line segment with a 1/8" eased edge, leaving a 13/32" thickness dimension on the thin side of the design. A door casing molding can also be made from the same knife by simply raising the top cutterhead radially to any desired thickness, and milling a 1/8" rounded edge on the machines left vertical cutterhead.
