Baseboard 6" - 54

This stepped 6" - 54 base moulding measures 6.000" wide by .625" thickness. The tiered pattern comprises a 3-15/16" wide horizontal line with a 3/16" vertical drop and a 1/8" rounded edge on the top left. It's connected to a 1" wide by 5/32" deep step with a 1/8" round-over in the center, joined to a 1-1/16" wide line segment also with a 1/8" eased edge leaving a 13/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. A attractive door casing can also be made from the same knife pattern by simply raising the top cutterhead radially to any desired thickness, and milling a 1/8" rounded edge on the machines left vertical cutterhead.
