1/8" Radius Edge

This 1/8" radius edge measures 1.500" in thickness. Width and height (axial & radial adjustments) get milled to any desired size within the machinery parameters used to cut the pattern. This radiused edge cutter gets utilized on hundreds of various moulding profiles, from easing edges on pieces of lumber or the radius of a corner on a casing, chair rail or similar profile.

You can preview and download these moulding cutters with all the axial dimensions on the paperwork in 1/8" increments, this will shorten the time it requires to set up the moulder, providing the machine is axially calibrated.

The current combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. You may only need blades for a specific cutter head on the itemized costs, saving money by employing knives you already own. On most of our radius edge designs, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the back bevel angles to allow for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
