Baseboard 6" - 44

This three-tier 6" - 44 base moulding measures 6.000" wide by .625" thickness. The elevation changing profile is comprised of a 4" broad horizontal line with a 1/8" radius drop, connected to a 1" wide by 1/8" deep radius step in the center, joined to a 1" broad line segment also with a 1/8" eased edge leaving a 1/2" thickness dimension at the top of the design. A door/window casing could also be made from the same knife pattern by simply raising the top cutter head radially to any desired thickness, and mill a 1/8" radius on the machines left vertical cutter head.
