Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 85

This 3/4" - 85 blind-nail v-groove siding measures .750" thickness, and the width can be machined to any required size within the parameters of the moulder or shaper utilized to mill the pattern. The functional profile is intentionally designed for blind nailing during installation. It is comprised of a 1/4" tall by 19/32" wide offset groove with a 1/8" by 1/8" beveled edge and a 1/4" tall by 9/16" offset tongue with the same chamfered edge, with a .006" void area in the joint for assuring an excellent fit when assembled. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined, they create a 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep v-groove between the merged boards.
