Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 5

This double 3/4' - 5 v-groove siding measures .750" in thickness. The profile can be manufactured in any width due to the moulding knife design being milling from the left and right vertical cutterheads of the machinery. The profile consists of a 1/4" wide by 3/8" long tongue and groove with a 1/8" chamfer on both sides. It has a .010" void built into the joining area for seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 1/4" wide v-groove on both face sides of the boards.
