7/16" Radius Edge Moulding

This single 7/16" radius edge moulding knife design can mill a maximum thickness of 1-7/8" tall, the blades are axial constant to a dimension of 1-1/2" in height. The cutters can be utilized on many various molding patterns from easing edges on stair balusters, or to a round the outside corner on a casing or similar profile. The template is designed with all the axial dimensions in 1/8" increments listed on the paperwork to shorten the time it takes to set up the machinery with pinpoint accuracy, as long as your moulder and grinder are calibrated correctly.
