WM 999 Corner 1" - 9

This WM 999 inside corner 1" - 9 measures 1.000" in width by .313" in thickness. The small wavy profile gets utilized for resolving problems with uneven joints where butted panels join, providing an embellished look. The detail contains a 3/4" radius concave semicircle in the center tangent to a 5/16" convex arc on each side. The profile is milled sprung, laying horizontally flat on industrial machinery. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-3/4" wide. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees using a space of 23/32" on each inside edge of the corner when installed.
