Handrail 2-5/8" - 39

The modified 6084 handrail moulding 2-5/8" - 39 measures 2-5/8" in width by 1.625" in thickness, requiring 2-7/8" wide blanks of eight-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. Milling is accomplished from vertical side cutter heads, allowing custom width changes within the parameters of the machinery used. The contemporary profile contains a flat top with 1/8" rolled edges. Both sides retain a 7/8" vertical fillet connected to a 1-21/64" concave semicircle, creating the finger grip area. The lower portion retains 1/16" radius corners on the edges.
