Crown Moulding 9" - 1

This big symmetrical crown moulding 9" - 1 measures 9.000" wide by 1.250" thickness. The decorative profile is comprised of a 5-5/32" radius cove in the center, flanked by 29/32" tall and wide lines, connected to a 15/64" wide beveled sunk fillet that's joined to a small cyma recta and a cyma reversa with a 3/8" vertical and horizontal line at the top and bottom of the design.

The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 6-3/8" tall and wide. Four high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same level plane, this design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the machine's pressure shoe is set parallel to the moulder bed plates.
