Crown Moulding 7" - 19

This Elegant Crown Moulding 7" - 19 measures 7.000" wide by 1.000" thickness with a depth of cut of .562" on the right vertical profile cutters, a .431" depth of cut on the left blades, and a .750" depth of cut on the top horizontal knives. The lovely profile is comprised of a 3-31/64" radius cove in the center, connected to an ovolo with a 31/64" tall vertical line at the top. The lower portion of the design consists of a 5/32" wide horizontal line, connected to a 11/16" radius half round circle joined to a smaller 9/32" radius arc with a 7/32" wide squared fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 5-9/32" tall, with a projection of 4-5/8" wide. Three high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane, our skilled design features will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the moulder bed plates.
