Crown 5-13/16" - 4

This concave 5-13/16" - 4 crown mould measures 5.812" width by .812" thickness, allowing the use of a 6-1/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial molder. The scooped-out supporting profile contains a 17/32" quarter round attached to a 9/64" vertical fillet on the top left. The short line connects to a 6-5/8" radius concave semicircular arc in the center. Joined to a 31/64" tall half-round bead with a 1/4" tall by 3/8" broad perpendicular lines on the bottom right side of the design. The fixed spring angles are set at thirty and sixty degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 4-15/16" tall with a 3-1/16" projection across the top.
