This conventional 5-7/32" - 5 crown mould measures 5.214" wide by .812" thickness, permitting milling out of four-quarter lumber. The long-established terminating profile is comprised of a 1/2" tall vertical fillet on the top left, connected to a 1-3/4" concave semicircle tangent off of a 1-1/2" convex arc creating the graceful cyma recta in the center, attached to a 3/8" vertical line with a 1/2" cove and a 13/32" wide flat line on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at thirty and sixty degrees, these precise back bevels keep the inner sections of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 4-15/32" tall with a projection of 2-11/16" wide.
