Crown 4-3/4" - 1

This concave 4-3/4" - 1 crown mould measures 4.750" wide by .812" thickness. The asymmetrical profile is comprised of a 3-7/8" radius cove in the center, attached to a 1/8" tall vertical fillet and a 13/32" radius quarter circle on the top, the bottom of the pattern consists of a 5/32" wide fillet attached to a 13/32" radius quarter round arc. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 3-11/16" tall with a projection of 3" wide. Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane, our specialized design features will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the moulder bed plates.
