Crown 2" - 1

This 2" - 1 shaker style crown mould measures 2.000" width by .625" thickness enabling the use of four-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The commonly used symmetrical profile contains a 5/16" by 5/16" perpendicular line segments on the top left. The line attaches to a 1-9/16" forty-five-degree downsloping angled line connected to an identical set of perpendicular lines on the design's bottom right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 3-3/32" tall with a projection of 3-3/32" across the top.
