This custom symmetrical cove moulding 5-1/4" - 3 measures 5.250" wide by 13/16" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four quarter lumber. If you feel the center of the design is too thin (1/4") then consider milling at a one inch thickness dimension, please keep in mind that this thickness change will necessitate the use of five quarter lumber. The profile comprises a 4-5/8" radius cavetto flanked by a 9/16" tall vertical line on top and a 9/16" wide horizontal line at the bottom of the design. The spring angles are forty-five degrees, these back bevels set the installed height and projection at a identical dimension of at 3-23/32" tall and wide.
