This unique 3-3/16" - 1 cove mould measures 3.187" wide by .812" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The custom symmetrical profile is comprised of a 1-3/4" radius cavetto in the center, connected to a 3/16" wide chamfer with a 1/4" tall vertical line on the top and a 1/4" broad horizontal line segment at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-1/4" tall with a projection of 2-1/4" wide.
