Door/Window Casing 4-1/4" - 21

This attractive 4-1/4" - 21 door/window casing measures 4-1/4" width by 1-1/16" thickness, allowing the use of five-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The designer profile is composed of a 27/32" wide by 7/64" tall raised fillet with a 1/8" rounded outer edge on the left, attached to a 3/16" broad line segment and a 3/8" wide congee derived from a 3/16" concave semicircle with a 7/64" drop in elevation, merged with a 2-5/8" flat line and a 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep notch out of the right side of the pattern. We provide a smaller 3-1/4" version of this detail casing 3.250" - 147, and another profile in this size with a 1/8" radius edge of the right corner for your review and consideration casing 4.250" - 31.
