This beautiful 3-1/4" - 147 door/window casing measures 3.250" width by 1.062" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-grade molder. The stylish profile contains a 27/32" flat line with a 1/8" rounded outer edge on the top left. The fillet connects to a 7/64" deep by 3/16" wide perpendicular notch merged with a 3/8" congee with another 7/64" vertical step and a 1-5/8" horizontal line in the center. The last part of the design consists of a 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep rabbet with a 3/64" eased edge, leaving a 9/16" thickness dimension on the right corner of the design.
