This 3/4" - 58 radius edge siding measures .750" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The widths are adjustable to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder/shaper used to mill the design. The profile consists of a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep tongue and groove joint with a 1/8" radius edge on the top face of each side, as well as a .006" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the lumber during seasonal changes in relative humidity. We offer a similar profile with a nail groove and a 1/32" void on the bottom for your review and consideration,
