Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 24

This 3/4" - 24 round edge flooring measures .750" thickness, enabling the pattern to be cut out of four-quarter lumber. The widths are adjustable to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the design. The profile consists of a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep tongue and groove joint with a 1/8" round-over on the top edge of each side with a minor nail groove on the tongue. There is a 1/32" gap on the bottom of the groove edge as well as a .006" void in the joint for expansion and contraction of the lumber during seasonal changes in relative humidity. We offer a similar profile without the nail groove and void on the bottom for your review and consideration, tongue & groove .750" - 58, this detail is geared more toward a siding/ceiling installation versa a flooring application
