Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 23

This 3/4" - 23 radius edge flooring measures .750" thickness, permitting the detail to be cut out of four-quarter lumber. The widths are adjustable to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern. The profile consists of a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep tongue and groove joint with a 5/32" round-over on the top edge of each side with a minor nail groove on the tongue. There is a 1/32" gap on the bottom of the groove side with a 3/64" eased edge for quality control during the machining process, as well as a .006" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the lumber during seasonal changes in relative humidity.
