Tongue & Groove 5" - 3

This reeded 5" - 3 tongue & groove door paneling measures 5.205" width by .750" thickness, requiring a 5-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung on an industrial-grade molder. The beaded profile contains thirteen 3/16" radius semicircular half-round arcs divided by twelve tiny rounded fillets. The right and left portion of the pattern is a simple 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall tongue and groove with .014" void in the joint when assembled, this allows for seasonal changes in relative humidity. The profile is used in the manufacturing of interior & exterior doors.
