Tongue & Groove 3-7/16"

This 3-7/16" WP-405 decking measures 3.437" in thickness, allowing any sized width of sixteen-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The functional pattern comprises two 1/2" tall by 3/8" broad tongues with a 1/4" beveled edge on the left side. The opposite side retains two 9/16" tall by 27/64" deep grooves and the same 1/4" beveled edge. There is a .062" void in the t & g joint for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber join, they create a random-sized face coverage dimension with a 1/2" broad v-groove between the merged boards.
