Raised Panel Moulding 1-9/16"

This Raised Panel Moulding 1-9/16" measures 1.563" wide by .750" thickness, with a 1.563" depth of cut on the right vertical set of moulder cutters; these knives are designed to be milled on a shaper only, the moulder does not have a large enough cutting circle to mill this pattern properly. The profile comprises a 7/32" wide tongue that tapers upward to a 1-15/64" radius arc, connected to a 5/32" quarter circle, attached to a 5/64" tall fillet at the top of the pattern.
