1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 18

This double 1/4" radius edge molding - 18 measures 1.437" thickness; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The knives can mill two 1/4" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-7/16" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical side cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
