1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 16

This Double 1/4" Radius Edge Moulding – 16 measures 3.437" thickness with a depth of cut of .437" on the right or left sets of moulding knives; the width can get milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern.

The profile is capable of milling two 1/4" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 3-7/16" thickness. The moulding template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left cutters for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to cut simultaneously.

Are you having issues with lumber movement or sniping on the right vertical cutter head? Maybe proper calibration of the rebate cutter (if you have one), and checking the knife to the fence alignment will help solve the issue.
