1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 10

This double 1/4" radius edge molding - 10 measures 1.062" thickness; the final width is made to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to mill the pattern. The knives will be capable of cutting two 1/4" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/16" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left blades for both vertical cutter heads on the machine; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
