5/32" Radius Edge - 11

This 5/32" - 11 double-radius edge measures .750" thickness, permitting the detail to be milled out of four-quarter lumber. The width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The blades can mill two 5/32" round-overs on one side edge of a piece of lumber measuring 3/4" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides to be milled simultaneously.
