1/8" Radius Edge - 39

This 1/8" radius edge molding - 39 measures 3.250" in width, allowing multiple thicknesses of lumber for machining on industrial machinery. This knife design can mill two 1/8" round overs on the edges of a piece of lumber measuring 3-1/4" wide. The acrylic template is flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right, left, top, or bottom knives for any cutter head on the moulder. These options will enable all four sides of the lumber to get milled simultaneously.
